Choggiung Investment Company, LLC
Choggiung Investment Company, LLC (CIC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Choggiung, Ltd. When CIC was incorporated in 1994, all Choggiung buildings and land under the buildings were transferred to CIC to protect the corporate veil.
With headquarters in Dillingham, CIC provides commercial leases, operates eight residential apartment buildings, and rents indoor/outdoor storage space. As the sole owner of its subsidiary, Quvaq, LLC dba The Bristol Inn and Bayside Diner, CIC also provides administrative support and maintenance for the hotel and restaurant.
Commercial Leases
CIC holds title to several commercial buildings in downtown Dillingham, leasing space to government, state and local entities. Several types of leases are available, including office, business and land leases. Contact us for more information and availability.
Apartment Rentals
CIC owns and manages residential apartment units in Dillingham. Two complexes are located in the downtown area, housing 1 bedroom units. 4 additional complexes housing 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units are located in the Windmill Hill area within walking distance to downtown Dillingham. Storage
The storage yard, located at the intersection of Kanakanak Highway and Aleknagik Lake Road, is a secured fenced in area monitored by video surveillance. The following is a list of storage options:
