As a pending 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), the company is strategically aligned with the Bristol Bay Native regional family of synergistic companies and is dedicated to enriching the lives of its village shareholders. The group consists of two companies: Umyuaq Technology, LLC (U-Tech) and Intelligent Technology, LLC (I-Tech), both SBA-certified 8(a) firms. U-Tech and I-Tech are managed out of San Antonio, Texas, with a second corporate office in Dayton, Ohio. Wood River Federal supports personnel on Federal Government client sites in ten different states and OCONUS locations.
