Choggiung Board Member Recruitment

The Choggiung Limited Board of Directors is seeking applicants to fill three (3) board seats. A Board-endorsed slate format will be used in soliciting proxies for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, September 27, 2025.

Interested shareholders must submit a declaration of candidacy form, current resume, letter of interest, three letters of reference (two professional, one personal [no relatives]), and a completed board candidate questionnaire to Choggiung Limited by Friday, May 2, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. AKST.
